Recruiting Process
Outlined below is CollinsWoerman's typical recruiting process:
- Review of initial application review (resume and portfolio or work samples and cover letter) as received either electronically or hard copy.
- Internal recruitment group conducts an in-depth review of the application material to determine if the applicant is selected for an interview.
- First-round interview (in-person or virtual) with recruitment group.
- Second-round interview (in-person or virtual) with peer group.
- Potential third-round interview with additional peer or leadership group.
- Reference checks.
- Extend offer.
- Background check complete.
