Internships
At CollinsWoerman, we like to think that our internships offer something a little bit different and more challenging than the industry standard. What sets our internships apart is the structure. We individually tailor our programs for each student; whether a student is looking for a summer, quarter, winter break, or semester internship, we are able to accommodate a variety of schedules.
We work with students to determine a particular area of practice that they are interested in focusing on and do our best to place students on projects that most closely relate. Our goal is to balance a variety of tasks, while still allowing enough time to get invested into each. We are committed to providing students with real world experiences that will benefit their education and future employment.
Emerging Professionals
CollinsWoerman is always looking for talented, driven, emerging professionals to help build our team and take part in our future, and we pride ourselves on being a firm that takes a vested interest in helping you build yours.
Our work environment helps to support personal goals in conjunction with company goals. At CollinsWoerman, you’ll have ample opportunity to use your creativity and harness your vision while gaining experience in the workplace.
CollinsWoerman places a great deal of importance on continuing education. We promote staff training and provide opportunities for licensure and accreditations through lunch and learn events, design competitions, and leadership-sponsored initiatives.
Our firm strongly values work-life balance. We sponsor a number of activities that bring our employees together to create a fun and collaborative work environment. Activities in the past have included bowling, internal design competitions, intramural sports teams, and karaoke nights.
