As lead planner, CollinsWoerman has been working with the Segale family and the region's best multi-disciplinary team of consultants to define a long-term, multi-use development strategy for the largest private development parcel in the greater Seattle area.

With nearly 500 acres of land under single ownership, five minutes from SeaTac Airport and adjacent to the regional infrastructure of I-5, the project will provide 25,000 new jobs and join the University of Washington, Microsoft, and Boeing Everett as the region's fourth major, "non-Central Business District" employment center.
