We were engaged to help define the design opportunities and challenges presented by this immensely promising 280-acre site along the Snohomish River.

After determining that the predominantly wetland site contained 120 developable acres, our work focused on gauging the impact of site access and circulation on surrounding neighborhoods and the feasibility of specific types of development.
