The Bella Bottega Medical Office Building is a 45,860 sf three-story medical clinic over one level of structured parking. CollinsWoerman contracted directly with the developer, Gary Merlino, for the building shell and core and directly with Evergreen Healthcare for the medical tenant improvements. 
Services at this freestanding clinic include a 24-hour full urgent care center, diagnostic imaging suite with MRI, CT, ultrasound, and x-ray capabilities, phlebotomy and specimen lab with blood draw stations, education center with lounge space, and a family practice suite.
