CollinsWoerman created a flexible, collaborative, and modern environment for Landau Associates’ office in Seattle. Landau’s goal for their TI was to create a vibrant and functional space that improved efficiency, boosted moral, and encouraged their team to connect while being flexible enough to accommodate various types of work. The program also included private quiet spaces for focused work, a collaborative work zone for team work sessions, and a touchdown space for staff who spend their time in the field.
