UW-GU Health Partnership Building
Spokane, WA

The University of Washington School of Medicine and Gonzaga University Regional Health Partnership developed the UW School of Medicine-GU Health Partnership building to advance rural healthcare education locally and globally.
The 100,000 square foot, four-story building located near the Spokane River is home to UW’s Foundations and Medex Northwest Physician Assistant and Gonzaga’s Department of Human Physiology programs.

CollinsWoerman’s design seamlessly integrates students and faculty from both universities and gives them the opportunity for shared learning and teaching in classrooms, anatomy labs, and teaching labs as well as shared research and innovation centers. With uninterrupted views down the Spokane River, the building takes advantage of the natural solar orientation to help aid with high-efficiency energy systems.
