Harold has been involved in community and economic development, public outreach and master planning on both the public and private sector side. He spent his beginning years in the public sector, with his last position being the Planning Director for the City of Ketchum, a small mountain resort town in Idaho. Harold continues to work with public and private sector clients to achieve better outcomes for the community.
