Five-level, two-building tenant improvement that relocates the Group Health Cooperative Headquarters to South Lake Union. The interior design focuses on vertically connecting the space and utilizing natural daylight and was Group Health’s first transition to an open-office collaborative environment. 

The project has been awarded Gold LEED®-CI (commercial interiors) certification.
