Seeking to rejuvenate an aging biotech laboratory for medical office use and an accessible public pavilion, this site incorporates contemporary design to provide a delicate, more transparent mass. The building features a new entry drop off courtyard and expanded outdoor areas, to accommodate the influx of local residents, workers and patients on this urban block.
