Dexter Horton Building Renovation
Seattle, WA

CollinsWoerman was hired to reposition the iconic and classic Dexter Horton building. The goal of the project was to develop an updated brand identity that could be carried through the existing interiors, as well as create new 21st century amenity spaces, while maintaining the existing historic character.

The penthouse lounge can be found on the building's rooftop. The space is designed for small meetings, working, lounging, gatherings, or even sun bathing on the new rooftop deck. The refreshed conference room and brand new wellness room are also open to the building's tenants.

All new signage, branding, graphics and art were developed by CollinsWoerman. Bold pops of color and text slightly obscure historic images of Pioneer Square, and tell the story of Dexter Horton.
