This mixed-use project including residential, office and retail uses will promote an active environment for office workers, hotel guests, retail shoppers and restaurant patrons, who, along with downtown pedestrians, will take advantage of the plazas and streetscapes that link the site to the urban grid and to public transportation, including the Link light rail station less than a block away.
