Health Partnership Building Honored by AIA Spokane
Health Partnership Building

CollinsWoerman is excited to share the University of Washington-Gonzaga University Health Partnership Building won two awards at the AIA Spokane Design Awards last week — Excellence in Sustainability and Citation for Design Excellence. Our team was honored to accept the awards alongside McKinstry and Bouten Construction.

The building’s design integrates students and faculty from UW and GU to help advance rural healthcare education and research. The all-electric facility utilizes an open-source ground heat pump that provides an energy use intensity (EUI) in the mid-40s — 45% better than a standard building.

Congratulations to the project team!
