Located in the heart of Woodinville, Woodin Creek Village is home to 1,000 residential units and about 50,000 square feet of neighborhood retail and commercial spaces.
The residential village, at Northeast 173rd Street and 135th Avenue Northeast, features a variety of retail, including local restaurants, wine and coffee shops.
The buildings have courtyards and semi-private outdoor space around select units. A larger open space leads to Woodin Creek and incorporates a children’s play area, a formal lawn for passive activities, and a pet area.
The architect also led the design of Woodin Creek’s 355-space parking structure for the five adjacent apartment buildings. The garage has an emergency generator that serves the complex, maintenance shop, trash processing, and a sky bridge that connects to the residential buildings. The parking complex provides a higher density facility through the verticality of the building and displays a unique design. Every residential unit has a parking space, and there’s adequate additional parking to serve the community retail spaces.
