Located blocks away from the University of Washington in the heart of Seattle’s University District, Chapter Buildings I and II are the first opportunity for major employers to locate in a world-class office environment within the U-District. This project will offer a refined workspace through cultivating community and encouraging innovation while enhancing the urban fabric of the neighborhood and connecting university research and academics with local industries. The Chapter buildings will complement the existing neighborhood character with an underrepresented typology of new commercial uses.

Chapter Building II is a 10-story life science building with 150,000 sf of life science uses and a porous ground floor retail space to allow pedestrians easy access to the lobby and retail. An enclosed amenity space on Level 10 looks out to a south-facing outdoor desk allowing sweeping views of Mount Rainier.

The project is targeting LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications with sustainability built at the core of its design.
