The CHI Westgate North project in Tacoma, WA is an interior build-out of an approximately 8,600 square foot shell space in a one level building currently under construction for the Franciscan Medical Group (FMG). The program tentatively will consist of 18 exam rooms and required supporting spaces for a Primary Care Clinic occupying tenant spaces.
