989elements, a 23-story mixed-use residential tower, is both an iconic beacon and destination for downtown Bellevue's Ashwood District. Its design integrates the tower and plaza with a highly efficient parking structure (330 sf/stall) and features green building elements, such as solar shading, optimized unit orientation, and efficient plan shape.
The adjacent Elements Too project includes a 22-story residential tower and a 13-story mid-rise residential building, each with two stories of retail space totaling 48,000 sf. This 321,000 gsf project consists of 10,000 sf of amenity space (fitness center, lounge, conference room, movie screening room, etc.) and a five-level below-grade parking garage with 477 parking spaces. Designed in collaboration with Cutler/Anderson Architects.
