Working in close conjunction with the Mayor of Seattle’s office to achieve construction document approvals on an advanced schedule, this new biotech research facility now serves as Juno Therapeutics’ headquarters.

The project replaces three existing single-story buildings with a 12-story office building and public amenity plaza, designed to best serve pedestrians on the heavily-trafficked thoroughfare along Dexter Avenue.
