CollinsWoerman designed a 274,000-square-foot biotech research facility that now serves as the headquarters for Juno Therapeutics. Our team worked with the mayor of Seattle’s office to achieve construction document approvals on an advanced schedule. The project replaced three existing single-story buildings with a 12-story office building and public amenity plaza designed to best serve pedestrians along Dexter Avenue.
