Situated in the heart of Belltown, 3ZERO3 is a 15-story, 112-unit Zero Net Energy (ZNE) apartment project, including 27 much needed affordable units. Five of the affordable units satisfy the city’s Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) requirements, and another 22 units will be income and/or rent restricted as part of the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. 3ZERO3 utilizes approximately 900 pre-fabricated wall and floor panels, complete with all major building systems and components including electrical wiring, plumbing, mechanical, fire safety and network systems.
