The new three-level garage has 122 stalls. 147 structured stalls reside within the original steam plant with both garages connecting. Its location is pedestrian friendly to South Lake Union’s science core and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Direct connectivity to the University of Washington is planned pending extension of the adjacent streetcar line.
