The site of this new 400 foot, 430 unit residential tower and podium, allows for a unique hillside pedestrian park that will blend the existing grade at John Street with Terry Ave downslope. The public entry plaza, at the podium roof, will function as the “front door” of the project.  To the West and North, the plaza also provides an expansive overlook accessible by the public.
