Kirkland Urban will be a new mixed use office, retail, entertainment and residential center located next to Peter Kirk Park in Kirkland’s central business district.

The project will be a redevelopment of the current Kirkland Parkplace shopping center, and will provide a location for office tenants, retail shops and restaurants as well as an expanded theater and other entertainment options in a setting that will include a variety of publicly accessible open spaces.
