CollinsWoerman designed these tenant buildouts concurrently with the shell and core of the building containing them – the Center for Infectious Disease Research Building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.

CIDR's facilities include five floors of lab and support space for research in infectious diseases; Seattle Children’s Research Institute consisted of clinical research and lab space on two floors. The two users share the building’s vivarium and glass wash spaces.
